Car Aesthetic Regulations

Drift Games Bash events are all about driving hard and looking good. Style is subjective, but these are the minimum requirements we enforce at each event:

  • Your car must start each event with all body panels attached.
  • Your car must run front & rear lights (real, blanks or covers allowed)
  • Your car must run aftermarket shock absorbers (coilovers) and be lower than stock height.
  • Unpainted fibreglass panels are not allowed.
  • Mis-matched painted panels are not allowed.
  • Previous crash damage must be repaired (or hidden) to a reasonable standard.
  • Crash bars (front or rear) must be covered by a bumper.

Likelihood of Acceptance

Cars that look good/presentable are more likely to be accepted. Aftermarket kits, wheels, liveries and good stance/fitment will all be looked at more favourably, as that driver faces real consequences on track, meaning he/she is more likely to have a cautious (hero/beginner) or precise (pro) approach to driving at the event. This doesn’t mean we favour pro cars or high-budget builds over lower horsepower builds, just cars that have ‘style’. With the Tire Streets Drift Games Bash being a spectator and media-friendly event, we want to showcase the sport in it’s best light to current & future fans.
